Promoting, valuing and fighting for the rights of women and children is something that OCYCC holds very dear to its operation and functioning.
On 25 December 2019, a march was launched by Kleinmond Primary School where the children participated in marching for the rights of women and children. The children had beautiful banners and poster in activism against women and child abuse. They walked in the community of Kleinmond and they also sung a song in support of this march.
Our communities are tirelessly fighting to protect the rights of children and women. It is a fight that will be fought continuously in order to ensure that our women and children are kept safe at all times.
We do believe that activism against women and child abuse is something that needs to be manifested in our hearts on a daily basis.
